Appreciate your reply. A part of me feels like this is COULD be doable. I think there have been games in the past that have had dll mods that managed to swapp dlss with fsr. I guess the big question is how you can unlock the option in the game settings. Perhaps that itself isn't difficult, I'm not sure. I wish this game had more traction so stuff like this was more researched :(
I feel like this is a perfect deck game so the idea of seeing FSR being implemented sounds super cool and convenient.
Showing off what? The only thing that this file does is to make sure auto exposure is on to avoid problems, there's nothing to showcase if you already know how DLSS 310 looks. Feel free to add comparisons in "images" tab and I'll accept it.
3 steps arent clear to u? this is kinda worrying. just install dlss swapper to swap the dlss version to the latest one then download dlsstweak and follow the rest like it says
ok real question and its not dumb, this modification uses the dxgi.dll injection method but so does reshade and i cant change reshade to work with d3d11.dll because the mod enabler uses that as its method for wrapping do you have a work around to making all 3 to work on nioh 2
EDIT: I have found a fix for anybody who ran into this, rename your reshade.dll file that makes reshade wrap onto nioh 2, the one that's called dxgi.dll to dsound.dll this worked for me and will allow people to have reshade mod enabler and the dlss 4 modification
Using v310, when semi-transparent objects appear between the camera and the character, it's really bad, causing dizziness and nausea. I thought that's how the game was supposed to be until I turned off DLSS. Now with v3.8.10, it's much better.
i mean this is the side effect of taa. everything thats semi transparent SHOULD have ghosting since its one of taa's worst opps even dlss cant handle the beef. but its good that u got it solved
i just launched the game and everything seems fine to me. if the problem from the DLL that you replaced, it should launch fine while the dlss option is greyed out. but if the whole game isnt launching, then maybe the dxgi is old or incorrect? cuz i had the same problem with monster hunter wilds is that dlsstweaks doesnt work with the game rn. but make sure u have the latest version of dlsstweaks and verify your files thru steam, i can only advice this or redo the steps.
if its greyed out, then this is a sign that the DLL file is missing. so make sure theres nvngx_dlss.dll file in the game's folder. if theres one for sure, then i dunno whats blocking it, maybe steam verify and redo the steps? unless ur windows defender kicked in and removed the file.
nothing on windows defender virus section and yes the dll is in the game folder but this was there before mods installation mean this is something else f*#@ this s#*! i'l try all fix nohing work for this f*#@ this mother fucker bull s#*! broken game gonna to try this mods in another game so is this work in other game like maybe monster hunter rise .........or the killing antidote maybe but i'm gonna try this in another game

DLSS Swapper works great but upon dropping dxgi and the ini on the game folder, it won't launch.
I appreciate any help for it.
