You don't have to remove DISABLED from all the files, this means there will be no change at all, your Phantom will have all it's body parts enabled. This mod works like this: each .ini file in the folder corresponds to a specific body part, and DISABLING that particular .ini will delete the body part in-game
If you see no change whatsoever when you enable/disable some .ini files from the mod folder and then reload mods (F10) in-game, then it probably means your game uses a different Shader for the whole Phantom form, and that's why the mod does not work. Some time ago there was an update (windows & nvidia) that broke some mods for some people (personally I wasn't affected, so I can't 'fix' my mods for everyone)
Here's how you can fix it yourself: You need to go in the "phantom_body.ini" and look for this

Now go in-game, enter the dojo training ground, transform into Phantom yokai. Press NUMPAD_0 on your keyboard, a menu will appear, with green writing.
Using the NUMPAD_1 or NUMPAD_2 keys scroll through the shaders (you will see more of these alpha-numerical strings "8aa403748d781adc", but different) Scroll until you see your Phantom yokai body disappear, and stop there (be careful, ONLY YOUR BODY SHOULD DISAPPEAR, if multiple things disappear, like lighting/environment, it's not the right shader, keep searching) When the Phantom body disappeared, this means you are on the right shader (this controls the phantom's body) Now press NUMPAD_3 key and this will copy that shader to your windows clipboard.
If it's different from the one you saw above (8aa403748d781adc) it means you have to replace it with the new one you found. Do this same replacement in all the .ini files (the shader is the same for all of them)
** If you still have trouble with understanding this, you can check out the Nioh Community discord, specifically the nioh2-pc-mods channel, but you have to scroll for a while, to find this very same topic discussed (a few weeks ago someone had the same problem and I explained in that discord channel what to do to fix it)

I am loving this mod, both for the custom colours and getting rid of the mask. However did the game get an update or something, because now it is not loading for me at all.
I have the Otakemaru Horns and Hagoromo mod also, however these two never conflicted with each other before, and were working fine together.
hmm, not sure... it's working for me the game does not get updated anymore, I think
maybe you DISABLED the mod by mistake? check for this folder "Phantom shiftling form de-clutter customizable (male)" make sure it has no "DISABLED" in it's name, or it's not placed inside a folder named with "DISABLED"
also make sure your mods are ENABLED, by tapping F2 when in-game or reload them by tapping F10
one last possibility that comes to mind is if you went in the folder and changed every .ini file to be enabled, that way no body part is removed, but textures should still work... so not sure
Yeah, I have everything as normal. It was working for me fine just a few days ago, then yesterday it decided to just stop working for no reason. I did have an issue trying to launch the game yesterday.
I did a mod for the female phantom form, but it's set up a bit differently than this male mod. I'll have to update it at some point, to work the same way.
As for other forms... there is nothing to remove from Feral & Brute forms, I guess I could do just some re-color... different textures Maybe adding an option for the phantom's mask for the feral & brute as well... I don't see other things you could do to them
But don't expect this any time soon, I'm busy with other stuff

Maybe I need to verify the files in steam?
But first check your graphics settings, make sure MOTION BLUR is OFF
my mods are only set up to work for motion blur off
