the slider upper restriction remover allows custom size for everythin between around -31 to +31 or something it is how i made my green guys face odd shaped. sadly only slightly taller and bigger.
yes it does. the color ones need you to save and load your character in the character creator to get the color to be savable and useable as a custom color

yes on eyes this works although I cannot say it add bloom I just tested right now, just it lets you use a color for the iris that might be really tricky to make on to do so you will need to make the custom teeth paint color you want you eyes to be then save your whole character then load the saved one and then you can save your custom color to your color pallet which will be usable anywhere except for your skin.
I have just tried to make an eye color direct edit code but it is a tad more convoluted to use as it required two codes one for each eye and then to save that one needs to untick matching eyes when making the color.
so far that is why I stuck with the teeth paint slider as it is one slider to rule the rest aside from skin.
(I hope this not too much, I tend to ramble/overexplain.)
I added a slider limit remover now it allows access to all ranges of the sliders! not as great as this will be if I can do this in wo long.
