That's intended for NPC Mumyo, because underneath the mask she has a unique face texture which makes her face black to illustrate fake shadows, so it wouldn't look good to remove the mask.
thank you for making those few great mods! Just curious if it's possible to extract those character models without their clothing? I want to play as them but still being able to use different armor visuals. I know it's very likely impossible but since I'm seeing you can remove all those clothing elements, maybe there's a chance it could work?

if this is an isolated case, just ignore.
If you could let me know which graphical settings you're playing on and in which level you notice this behavior, I could do some more testing.
