   I've missed this DLC. Is it possible to manually add this set in game somehow?
   Maybe somebody could upload files here?

      Does this not work anymore ? does my pc need to be fully offline or something ? im desperately trying to find a way to get this armor for completions sake

      It still works as of Nov 21, 2021. Close your steam and turn off your internet then set your pc date to Feb 12 2021. Open steam in offline mode and launch the game. I do not know if you need a new save file but you can finally get it from the shrine boons tab. After you get the costume you can save and set everything back to normal. You have to follow exactly what I said.

   Is there a version of this that removes the pants and leaves the boots and front and back flap?   i.e. take off just the leggings portion?

   IDK if you maybe are already working on it, but can you do this for the Sohaya Garb Shawl as well?  I just don't like the pattern of the deserter gear.  Apologies if this is rude to ask for.

   Thank you for making those character edit mods! I want to know if it's possible to change color for the armors? If so, how do I do it?

      Check out new files  You can change the original textures and add them to .ini file.
