Good question. Currently unlikely. It took a lot a lot of time and work to get the mod where it is now. And even then this huge number of issues were reported, many of which I can't even reproduce myself. So now I don't have the energy and motivation to work on it.
This is indeed a huge and great project. For me, this mod is already perfect. But if invisible wall of the white tower also disappears, that would be even better.
I constantly clip through the floor for the Simone fight in the amusement park and can't fight her. The floor in the arena seems to have collision removed or there was a trigger my game didn't hit or something. I did everything normally to get to that fight, so I don't know why a trigger wouldn't have been hit.
i had exactly that happen once too, in another playthrough tho it worked just fine the mod is a bit "random" sometimes but thats honestly to be expected i think
cool mod, really neat being able to finally ignore all those senseless invisible walls thanks for you work
tho it can be really weird when you use it, sometimes out of nowhere you just fall through the floor even tho its totally in-bounds that is a bit frustrating but also quite funny sometimes, nothing too bad tho
I think you should keep the collision in the underground area of the Desert Zone intact. Because when I got there and fought the enemies, it's pretty game-breaking. The enemies and their drops are often thrown out of bounds and when I fall into the map, I can't get back up. So I must turn off the mod and restart the game once I've got into that area. It's kinda tedious when I have to do this steps everytime I find return to this area, I must say
I'm not sure if this mod is being updated still, but I'm seeing a lot of holes in the ground in the City Ruins, especially around hills but also happened in the middle of a road for me. Is this something I should fix on my end? Here's a YT video of what it looked like for me, forgive the shitty framerate but I can't record optimally.
So, I can say after more days of playing and testing it seems like it's inconsistent. Good news is, if you start to fall into holes that shouldn't be there, restarting my game put everything back to normal. No more holes in the same spots they used to be! So I've kept the mod and just restart when I see issues showing up.
I'm not yet sure what causes this to start happening in the first place, but it seems like it always starts to happen after a while of playing. Or at specific events which may mess with some triggers I guess. During Simone fight the fight area lost collision at first, when I showed there again Simone fell through and I only saw her head, another time it worked perfectly fine. In the first fight with A2 it also messed up at the end when she's supposed to leave - I'm guessing my moving to the window too early messed something up and she just. Stood there lol
So it's not super stable, but it's absolutely playable if you have just a little bit of patience.
Yes I know there are some areas that occasionally break like around the Resistance Camp, the entrance to the Opera and some others. The problem is that it's very difficult to debug, since it only happens very rarely. As you said, reloading the save fixes the problem again.
I can confirm that the bridge area between city ruins and shopping center is also pretty buggy The character went straight into the canyon and the goliaths on the other side plunged below the map into the abyss (they weren't there, but the voice replicas indicated they should be)
you download the mod as a 7z file. you open it with 7zip (or winrar but 7zip is free) and extract the data folder from it. This data folder contains all the other files of the mod and gets merged with the data folder of your game. aka you overwrite the games files.
If you use NAMH just drag and drop the 7z file in the mods tab or select the 7z via the "add mod" button.
