Location For the locker is by the car outside Doc Mitchells House
This is my first mod so lmk if there is any issues
WARNING for TTW users make sure you complete tranquility lane and operation anchorage before Downloading the Pipboy 2500 mod because that mod technically isnt made for TTW but aslong as those 2 are completed you should be safe
(You may also get a unconverted mod popup when using ttw version im not sure on how to fix it but the mod still works like it does regulary)
