*technically* not needed but 100% reccomended to play with it and was designed with it in mind.

Version 1.0
Base Flag and changes made by BotB
This is a start of hopefully a series of mods that address some shortcoming in the classic New vegas mod scene, though most will be mods I commision, not actually make. This is a simple file that has the most accurate version of the NCR flag as seen in Fallout 2. No other mod has made a 100% accurate one so far as I can tell, either the red bar dosnt reach the sides or extends fully to the bottom. Well no More! Using the mod Classic NCR Flag I remade a version that in my opinion is faithful. I reccomend using the fantastic mod Banner of the Bear as I've been using that mod for a while now with my custom flag simply replacing its file. I suppose you could manually replace the texture in the game files but botB replaces and changes other aspects which make things congruent. Also, I don't know how make a mod manager version so theirs is your best bet. Instructions: 1. Download BotB (Reccomend with Mo2) 2. Open with explorer 3. Find the flag texture file and replace it.
