adds a chance for similar weapons and slightly more exotic ones to be swapped for more Weapon variety

Disclaimer
because off the why base object swapper works this will not affect items that have spawned on NPC's or in containers only weapons that was placed in the world
say for instance on a table or something it will not affect weapons in containers
compatibility
TTW Redundant Weapon Remover - ESPLess incompatible because this mod swaps out the "short barreled shotgun" the TTW sawed off as well and Scoped .44 Magnum(Ver 1.1)
