What:

Retexture of the Pulowski shelter.

Why:

d7's mesh is quite nice.

The original texture is not.

Since d7, when he deleted his mods, indicated that they are free for anyone to use, I figured it was about time someone did a retex.

How:

Substance Painter, Photoshop, Quixel/Fab, Blender, Nifskope.

Thanks to Norvito for the new Pulowski logo and other text.  Thanks to Zealotlee for some awesome feedback.  Thanks to me and a hint of ChatGPT for the poster used inside.  Any mistakes or bugs are mine and mine alone.

Things you need:

NV and all DLC (obviously) since TTW requires this - these don't appear in base NV, so you will only want this with TTW.   RTR is recommended.  I did leave a vanilla cubemap for non-RTR users, but did not extensively test the looks.

Caffeine NVR is recommended.  Screenshots use Caffeine and SALVO.
