This mod is a highly detailed deathclaw retexture. As with my previous mod, the RADSCORPION, I have decided to create optional Classic version of the texture, which is supposed to recreate the F1/F2 classic brownish texture palette. There is a classic colored option for each deathclaw variant in the game.
I have edited the vanilla colored Deathclaw a bit so that the spikes coming out of his back actually use the horn texture instead of mostly his body texture which was just weird and looked bad. Now it actually looks like horn/bone. If you choose the vanilla colored options, I have also created an optional version without these ugly veins that deathclaws have.
Also.... Deathclaws are supposed to be reptiles after all, so I have created additional variants of each Deathclaw with much more visible reptile-like skin with scales.
As requested by 5al4mand3r, I have also created retextures for Deathclaw Gauntlet.
These textures are compatible with the Horrors of the New West if you use that mod. Just install my textures after Horrors.
I have also sucessfully used my classic textures with the Tactics Midwest Deathclaw Replacer mod, which requires just a simple texture rename. I will ask WebbProductionsEntertain if I can put retextures of his mod in the FOMOD and update the mod if he agrees. I strongly recommend using his mod with Tactics Midwest Deathclaws Lonesome Road Only Patch which gives the game some deathclaw diversity.
