Introduces Scrap Master, a new perk allowing breakdown of almost any metallic misc item into their components (primarily Scrap Metal and Electronics), plus recipes to craft important components like Duct Tape for Weapon Repair Kits, Forceps for Doctor's Bags, and Empty Syringes for Stimpaks. In addition, Scrap Metal and Electronics become weightless (optional esp without this change)! Requires Level 2 and Repair 30.

Notes on vanilla recycling recipes: Muggy, Toaster, and Book Chute still have a role because they recycle item types and offer reward types this perk does not, or in case of recycling the same item types, offer better rewards (eg Dinner Plates yielding a whopping 3 Scrap Metal). The Honest Hearts recipes Cookery-to-Metal and Meals-to-Metal are still available as usual, but if you have the perk, they produce even more scrap metal.

Recommended: Some mod like VUI+ to allow viewing more recipes at once, as well as JIP Improved Recipe Menu for easier crafting and breakdown of many items at once quickly because it lets you stay in the menu after completing a recipe.

v1.1 adds improvement to the Cookery-to-Metal and Meals-to-Metal recipes and also includes an option where the weightless scrap bonus is removed. Now requires Honest Hearts.

v1.2 ensures that if you took the weightless scrap version and you have a lot of scrap on you, you won't be overencumbered after loading a save. (The overencumbered message may still appear briefly, but you'll be fine.)
