I'd like to thank you all for letting this mod be on the front page (for me, the first time)! Indulge me in shamelessly self plugging in my another mod with a lot of hardwork in it: True Alternate TTW.
TTW 3.4 Updated As usual for merely all TTW mods, support for older versions is suspended.
Thank you for keeping this updated despite all my changes. Hopefully no more major changes in general with Goodies, I'm pretty happy with where it's at right now. And for any users wondering about the different TTW patches out there, I would only recommend this one
Thanks for your kind words! Always been a fan of your works. Your video tutorial on how to merge esps is literally my start point to serious modding. :-)
What exactly does the BNW patch do other than make the faces and voices of BNW NPCS take priority? With BNW loading after Goodies is it still needed for something?
Check in xEdit or trust patchers, there's really no other feasible options like I go list every record in those patches. To be more direct, dialogues in this game are attached to quests together with result scripts and what not, which these two mods touch a lot. Conflicts are more common in modding this game (and other games use similar engine) than you imagined.
The model you're missing is from a LOD resource mod which edited static BillboardAtomicWranglerNV. You can check form id 00178514 in xEdit. And it should be easy to fix following VNV's lod guide and make sure to keep those LOD resource mods active (you can't turn them off after generated lod, that's wrong). Neither missing model nor crash is related to Goodies though. Something else is crashing your game.
The crash is the save's fault, at this point I think I'm 90% certain, but what about that missing mesh? Not sure what the LOD has to do with this, but I'm going to try and see if generating it has some effect
lod esp can change models, as in this case by VNV LOD Guide Plugins Merge.esp. Not related to lod generation. It's likely you removed asset files of lod mods, which like I said, is wrong.
I might be my dumb ass being blind, but where have you seen the VNV LOD Guide Plugins Merge esp in my screenshot? I've been dealing with missing meshes here and there, even vanilla ones, but for the love of me I cannot manage to find and remove that bugger, even verifying file integrity does nothing.
Also, that's literally impossible, this was a clean install, nothing was touched in the original files in any way.
I've re-followed VNV's guide, and now it seems that all it's fine and dandy, (Except for the water acting kinda weird, I can see normal maps while looking at the surface, if you have any idea why that is I'll be glad to know) god knows what the issue was, probably just me rushing out stuff while being overly frustrated.
It just came to my mind a rather obvious thing that some Goodies features could be extended to Fallout 3 part of TTW. But it could be a significant deviation from a "TTW patch". And it would take tons of work if one is really going to do it.
I recommend you try NEW Simple Open Freeside Patcher first. I imagin there could be some car static barriers, duplicate street lamps. But you can find their form ids in console and disabled them in new patch using xEdit. Can't say I'll do it atm because SOF is (a little) hard to support.
Actually I was going to build a SOF set up when I start to rebuild my modlist last winter. I thought why not since I'm confident enough with my modding skill. However there's still something f**ked up (Orris stuck in the wrong way) which I tried hard but unable to fix --- maybe not hard enough afterall I gave up days later.
Any possibility of a patch for Simple Open Freeside? Since Goodies includes Uncut Wastelands changes and whatnot, you will end up having weird things like multiple light-posts clipping with each other. Oh forget it, you already answered in the last page, should've skimmed further.

(Don't mind the errors, this is an old save)
Also, this is what my crash log looks like:

Any chance a Simple Open Freeside patch be made?
