Large patches that cover 3-5 mods per patch, Brave New World, Simple Character Expansion, New Vegas Redesigned 2 Revised, Tales of New Reno, Landscape Overhaul, NVLO, Enhanced Landscape. Comment or message if issues / requests
In terms of Patches that involve either Simple Character Extension, NVR2R, and Brave New World:
Brave New World is the main overwriting NPC overhaul I picked, with any gaps covered with NVR2R, and then anything else with SCE. Keeping in mind that changing a bunch of NPC's can affect if an NPC was given something for a mod-added quest or thing, you should probably check xEdit to make sure you are not overwriting anything you need
Example of how issues happen and how you can fix them yourself:
Tales of New Reno adds a Jail Key, NVR2R changes the NPC and accidentally removes this, so we patch it to have both the face changes and the key, easy! you can do this yourself! Give it a try, it's fun, and don't forget to save!
