Replaces the T-45 texture for one based on the T-51.

This mod seeks to rectify that by bringing the shiny metal, green coloring, brown highlights, and black visor to the T-45.
This is a texture replacer mod that should also be compatible with TTW, but incompatible with any mods that change the texture already.
Brotherhood variants remain untouched.
