a simple overhaul of your starting gear based on your character

it's heavily advised to use this along with other mods that spread the gear from the courier's stash through the Mojave as having those items kinda goes against the idea behind the mod.
this is my first attempt at modding, please tell me if there is anything i can do to improve it
--Changes--
You'll always receive a caravaneer outfit and a cattleman cowboy hat along with some reading glasses (if you picked the four eyes trait) in the beggining of a new game.
if you got 3 or more luck, the Khans won't take your valuables and you'll start the game with 18 caps, 2 stimpacks, 3 lockpicks and some extras based on the skills you tagged.
Barter will give you 22 more caps.
Lockpick will give you 3 more lockpicks.
Medicine will give you 1 more stimpack and a doctor bag.
Science will give you 2 RAD-X and 2 mentats
Sneak will give you a cateye and 4 throwing knives (advised to have Xilandro's Retrievable Throwables Reforged).
Speech will give you a speech magazine, a bottle of whiskey and 2 random magazines.
Survival will give you 3 cans of purified water, 3 gecko steaks and 2 bottles of antivenom.
Guns will give you a .357 magnum and 30 .38 special rounds.
Energy Weapons will give you a unique recharger pistol (it's not much better than a recharger rifle but should not make you feel like you're shooting laser peas).
Explosives will give you 4 dynamites and 2 powder charges.
Melee Weapons will give you a machette.
Unarmed will give you brass knuckles.
Repair will give you nothing but will increase the condition of your weapons and clothes.
No Weapon Skill will give you a single shotgun with 30 junk rounds for it.
if you got 10 luck, you'll also have brought your life savings to try get rich in Vegas (though you only had 25 NCR dollars)
along with all of that, Sunny will also give you way less ammo in the shooting tutorial.
