You there! Have you always wanted an icon to show up for Mr. House when he blips into a securitron to follow you around the Mojave? If so, then this is the icon for you! (hopefully!)
Extract the folder attached and drop the avatar to Data/Textures/Jazzisparis/ccc. After you speak with Mr. House and find his securitron in the Lucky 38 presidential suite, recruit him and his icon should show up.
