A quick little fix for Sergeant Arkus' chair clipping into some props if you're playing with Lively Goodsprings.

A scriptrunner for AWOP New Vegas users that moves Sergeant Arkus' chair so that it's no longer clipping with some newly-placed junk. Should work fine with either the original version of Lively Goodsprings or the Lively Merge.
Probably not necessary with A World of (Less) Pain, which I'm pretty sure cuts Sergeant Arkus and probably her chair, too.
Requires everything any scriptrunner requires, such as xNVSE and JIP LN.
