This is a patch between TTW GNR Building Redux, which makes major layout changes to the first floor of Galaxy News Radio, and Rebuild the Capital, whose additions do not mesh well with the changed layout, as they end up blocking doorways and corridors and phase through walls. But instead of simply moving everything around, I also made the default state of the building more decrepit, with less working lights, less food, less weapons, and dirtier bathrooms. There's still a lot lying around, since I didn't want to make it look deserted, but the differences should be somewhat noticeable. I did not make any changes to the merchant inventories, however.
The rebuilt version of the building has also been decorated with quite a few rugs and more cleaned up furniture, though I couldn't get rid of the terrible urinals, since there doesn't seem to be a better version available. Also, before anyone mentions it: yes, I know there's still a bit of trash lying around. But I don't know why, since it's disabled in the exact same way as everything else. The rugs help to hide it a little, but I couldn't exactly cover the entire floor with rugs.
And yes, I know there are still unresolved conflicts between both mods. But those are entirely deliberate, so please don't forward anything else into the patch!
Also, if any of you happen to experience performance issues when using GNR Redux, I got a patch for that ;) Though it's not standalone, since no one has asked for such a version yet.
