SIMPLY OVERHAULED DIALOGUE
Vanilla game has really long timers, and really low chance for NPCs to actually engage in conversation. We're talking like, waiting a minute or two, for a chance to talk. How often do you stand in one place for minutes on end. Not often right. This mod makes NPCs yap more. They should seek conversation more, and greet each other more often, and all that good stuff. Actually heard some dialogue lines I never heard before while tweaking this mod over the like, week or two it's been a thing. So results might surprise you I guess.
