I've been wondering which one's better. I've used some mods that allow the crafting menu to open in unusual ways, like straight from the pipboy, and I noticed that until I closed the pipboy menu, it wouldn't add the items I crafted or take the ones I used. This led me to believe that the game closes the crafting menu every time to "update" your items, and the pipboy sort of "froze" this process, so I wonder if keeping the menu open would have a similar effect. That other mod keeps the menu open but this one just reactivates the table after it closes. Sooooo yeah, it's slower but probably, maybe will have less issues if you craft a lot of items?
