Re-enables the disabled explosions for the Plasma Caster (and Smitty Special).

If you were to bother to look in the GECK, you would find the Plasma Caster has its own projectile ("Plasma Cannon"), which in turn would have its own explosion ("Plasma Cannon Impact"), but the Explosion box that would enable said explosion is unchecked, and thus the explosion is disabled.
This mod checks that box and adds another 65 points of damage to the explosion itself, to make the Plasma Caster really stand on its own as far as energy weapons go, putting it on par with the other heavy weapons.
Just download (Manual or automatic) and install like any other .esp mod.
