Lucian is a nighstalker companion found just beside Chet's general store in goodsprings, at least for now, I intend to move him elsewhere and eventually mock up an actual questline for him, but for now, he's a loyal little guy who'll follow you just about anywhere. He's roughly on par with Shadis from old world blues, a little less health but a little more damage, a bit bigger than your average nightstalker, and a little bit faster too.
LEGION SYMPATHIZERS BEWARE, Lucian despises the legion whole heartedly (at least, that's what is intended, currently unknown how he'll react)
Lucian does not require any DLC, nor any mods, including NVSE, meaning he should work perfectly fine on the Steam version AND the Epic store version(I used the epic version to make him, so it should absolutely work with the epic version)
Currently, Lucian is just a pretty basic companion, I haven't tested his interactions with the lucky 38 whatsoever as I made a fresh save and have been working to just get him in a functioning state, any and all issues should be reported as they are came across, and will be looked into ASAP.
There is an issue where Lucian's dialog is bleeding onto other companions, overwriting their tactics, trade, and wait commands within the dialog tree, and I can't find the reason as to why this is happening, I'm still pretty new to modding using the geck. I highly suggest just using the companion wheel instead of the dialog tree at this current time up until I'm able to find a solution.
