Makes it possible to wear Valence Radii (both versions), 1st Recon Beret, Lucky Shades (and Authority glasses) and a Breathing/Ulysses' mask at the same time.
Edited Breathing Mask so it now properly modulates NPC voices, didn't do this for Ulysses' Mask because his audio files are already muffled to simulate it, so it could mess with the way he sounds.
Someone on Reddit asked me so here it is I guess.
Also includes a version that makes Lucky Shades use Authority Glasses model if you hate the default one like I do.
