FINALLY FIXED THE TEXTURE GLITCH ALL AROUND. Installed FNV on my Win10 rig and finally saw the glitch. For reasons I can't fathom, the same textures that show up on Win7 don't show up in the texture set on Win10 until you assign them again in GECK.
