Fixes the experimental archive parsing on MO2 so that it shows the correct conflict resolution

Overview
The current BSA Conflict resolution shows incorrect conflict status for TTW Instance because TTW's BSAs would win all conflicting BSAs files, making patching BSA conflict hard.
The mod simply fix that by reversing the order of archive conflict and removing TTW archive check and also automatically adding missing ".override" files to loaded BSA.
You need to enable Archive Parsing inside MO2 Settings, under the workarounds tab before being able to see archive conflicts.
Works on both NV Instance and TTW Instance
Installation
Extract into MO2 install folder and overwrite the executable
