Adds a Tranquilizer gun to a certain evil doer's basement in Goodsprings.

This mod adds a Tranquilizer gun to the new basement found in Goodsprings.
Easy Pete's estranged, somewhat insane twin (who has started refering to himself as Evil! Peter) has constructed a secret Evil basement in Petes house.
What he is doing in that basement is lost to time, but he has been heard screaming foul language at night (Probably why Pete is so grumpy)
The Tranq Gun Evil! Peter has created K.O's victims on contact, the knock out time is usually around 30 seconds and does very little actual damage.
Made to incapacitate unknowing victims for whatever scheme Evil! Peter is doing, he isn't very open to talking about it for obvious reasons.
Ammo for said Tranq gun is crafted, the details are located in Evil! Peters dwelling.
Installation is just the usual, Drag and drop the contents of the archives "data folder' into your "data Folder' in your
root New Vegas directory.

you can install with your Mod Manager of choice.
You need to have the base game and all DLC's mostly since I accidently ticked them all when I started making it
and didn't realize I would work so much on this.
Being Meta for a moment, this is not balanced, or in anyway meant to be a serious mod. Just a fun one night binge mod I made on a whim for watching NPC's ragdoll immediately and just general tomfoolery. But if you did use it in a serious manner, it could get you out of a sticky situation pretty good, hope you have fun!
