Retextures all Vault Suits into the deep blue leather jumpsuits seen in Fallout 1, Fallout 2, and Fallout 76.

This mod is a straight retexture of every single vault suit in the game. Including ones only worn by NPCs. I reduced the noise and upped the blue on all the vault suit textures in the game to make them look more like the shiny leather suits we've seen in other Fallout games. Ironically, despite its many criticisms, Fallout 76 actually returned the Fallout vault suits to the ones we saw in the original Fallout games. If you play Fallout 3, there's also an FO3 version.
I'm finally getting around to uploading my old Fallout mods. I can't even say exactly how many years it's been since I've tried making mods for Fallout - and I'm almost certain a lot of these have been done before. The reason I've been avoiding this is because some of these mods were rough-around-the-edges and were always meant for retextures/remeshes/touch-ups/etc. It's been so long since I've even loaded up my Fallout games, so if I've forgotten something then go ahead and tell me in the comments and I'll try to get around to fixing it.
