1.Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\Video
2.Place the original FNVIntro.bik into a backup folder or delete it
3.Place my FNVIntro.bik into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\Video
4.enjoy
