Nice mod, was able to play it yesterday and it added more to the base mod. Though I have some suggestions for changes.
Firstly the flag, I love the enclave and would keep it if I were doing an enclave reborn playthrough but I am going with other factions. Maybe add another mod that changes the flag to either the old flag (From the original Nipton rebuilt), the extended mod that adds more flag types to be integrated here, or some new ones you just wanted to try out.
Another pet peeve of mine is the posters and billboards. The big reason I downloaded Nipton Rebuilt was because of rebuilding and the realism of it all. I can believe the courier could rebuild Tipton with all the caps he has invested. So just add another file to overwrite the posters to add more sin in the city type build
Because at the end of the day. The town is still Nipton. Anyways Great job. Hope this gets expanded more into the future or I might just have to learn how to mod (And god would that hurt).
Edit: Tried Nipton Rebuilt - Flag Pack mod and it does replace the flags with your chosen flag. So then the flag problem is solved.
I would argue that weed in this universe goes against canon. It's established in Fallout 2 that drugs like Weed, Cocaine, Heroin, ect, no longer exist because the environment no longer exists to grow them. That's why people are getting high from huffing literal brahmin s#*! and injecting radscorpion venom.
It is awesome to see this mod being given new life! It was one of my favorites but as modding marched along I couldn't justify including it.
Question about the Claim the Mojave integration. Do you need to claim the town with CTM first before you can rebuild it? Or are they just totally separate systems?
It shouldn't matter from what I can tell but I usually claim the town with the CTM forces first then use the magical town rebuilding radio behind the town hall to fix everything up.
Also on a slightly related note I might make some cheapo "faction changer packages" or some s#*! that lets you change the textures of the flags and propaganda n' such.
