Description
Prevents weapons instantly reloading when the reload button is pressed. Instead wait until reload is 70% over to refill the clip.
This helps further prevent cheesing reloads when sprinting or swapping weapons while using Manual Reload.
Demo
Installation
Use Mod Organizer 2/Nexus Mod Manager/FOMM, or manually extract the .zip file into your Fallout New Vegas 'Data' folder
Uninstallation
Delete the mod.
