This one looks amazing for sure, and it's kinda crazy how much of a difference a single texture swap can make graphically without having to change anything else.

Hi! I really like this one. I spent some time asking my good friend WallSoGB if terrainnoise.dds and noisenormal_n.dds were used at all in the game. He got back to me and said that neither of those are used in the engine. So it's not just you, they don't have any effect. You can safely remove them from the mod.
Aside from that, I've swapped over to this one as it's now my favorite. Thank you for sharing!
Edit: I just checked and the author of Smooth Horizons has pretty strict permissions for their mod. Did you ask them if you can use their textures for this?

I didn't, I presumed modding a mod was okay, I'll go and ask now. If he wants me to take this down I will or replace it with a new texture.
