The mod's really good, although I think it's kind of overpowered.
Reducing the sneak bonus was a good idea, because otherwise you can pickpocket anyone at any given time by simply activating the stealthboy and de-activating it once you finish, but removing the addiction thing and reducing the total amount of time the stealthboy stays active would be even better in my opinion.
I modified it to 60 seconds instead of 120 and removed the addiction penalties. I balanced things out by merging another mod that makes the re-charging possible with Fission Batteries.. although that's subjective.
