   Out of curiosity, what mod was used for the background images behind the avatars? Its not vanilla Jip is it?

      That is "Revelation like UI for JIP CCC" by killer0807. I highly recommend it, I use it alongside the Revelation version of M.U.X. Interface Overhaul and Revelation Lite.

      i use all these mods together as well and im having some slight issues, could you post load order for your ui mods?
      
      i cant seem to get the revelation skins on b42 inspect, just loot menu or JIP CC

      i don't use b42 inspect myself so i'm not sure it'd help, but for UI reskins like that it's install order that matters not load order. make sure you're installing the reskin last after everything else, or if you're using mo2 (you should) just make sure it's below your other UI mods in the left panel.
