Finally Found a way to get perfect ogg mono for world radio object of custom station. 1. Use Extended New Vegas Radio Generator to get correct mp3 format with correct name. 2. Download binary zip package of fre:ac. I use version 1.1.7. Extract it. 3. Download optional xml file from this mod page, put it into fre:ac folder. 4. Open freac.exe and use the ogg mono config to convert all mp3 file.
The best mod I have downloaded so far in my whole life, now if I ruined the lore friendly of my game but I think Kizuna Ai like Mr.House did before, this only improves the route of helping House. BAU BAAAAUUUU
