Just as it says on in the name and thumbnail this is just a simple mod that changes out the face of Mr. House to Hina Kagiyama from Touhou Project

A: To give a very short TL;DR. Touhou is a bullet hell series made primarily by one man, the series is well known for it's music, characters, and fan works of all kinds. I recommend looking it up if you wish to know more.

A: Yes, for the fact it does not have an esp in order to be used :snig:

There should be zero, long as you don't have another mod that replaces Mr. House overwriting this.
