This is a replacer for liamnirvana's Better Bases - Kings, which cleans the ITMs and deleted references, removes some unnecessary conflicts with other mods, and flags it as an ESM so that the navmesh works properly.
As for the invisible hallway, that seems to be an issue with the RoomMarkers, though it also went away after I removed the affected mesh (htlhallsm3way01.nif) from New Vegas Mesh Improvement Mod, for some reason. So I removed all edits to those markers, extended one at the top floor to make a room visible, and that was it, as I didn't encounter any disappearing walls near the ramp, no matter from which angle I looked at it. I also wallked the building up and down and checked every room, so if any of you do encounter issues, then it must be caused by a mod conflict.
I did make a minor tweak, though. I moved the ramp to back of the hall, where there's actual space to utilize it. And I turned on the two lamps there, so that no one breaks their neck in the dark.
I've also provided a patch for Coito Ergo Sum, which moves a poster and the associated marker to a free spot.
If you know of any other conflicts, please let me know and I might make a patch.
