Are you also planning on also looking at FO3's uniques? Lucas Simms for example has an outfit that to my knowledge doesn't get touched by a single mod out there.

I didn't see it in-game, but I see a lucassimms folder in the mod files
EDIT: Looked through more of the comments on that mod, I actually wouldn't recommend using most of the textures because of alot of reported glitches. Still, if you want to extract the lucassimms textures and just use those, that should be fine. Its what I did with the Grimy Pre-War Businesswear suit from that mod. Its the only retexture for that suit I was able to find
My only gripes with this pack are the stars on the collar of General Oliver's uniform, as well as the NCR Flag on the lapel of President Kimball's M/ F variants. The original textures imply that those details are sewn in, but here they look more like flat metal/ paper. Gives them a disconnected appearance, rather than feeling cohesive. Having a more sewn/ stitched appearance would probably help that effect.
Regardless, thank you for the awesome new textures! The detail in materials while still mostly improving on vanilla has been a long time coming for NV clothes.

I wonder how people do these retextures. Are you making these by hand or using an AI generator? Good stuff.
