Description
It's better than before, test it out, report any bugs. Requires a new save probably, because of persistent references.
Exterior :
Inspiration from Bailey's Crossroads, some more npc guards and robots, Initiates training.
Interior Level 1 :
Comprehensive overhaul of the whole thing. More scribes, initiates, idle markers, a clinic, etc. Check screens.
Interior Level 2 :
Comprehensive overhaul of the whole thing. Check screens.

Compatibility
A Patch for Fort Independence Reforged is provided, may cause larger FPS drops.
A Patch for Rebuild the Capital is probably not going to come, It seems like it would take forever and I already spent way too much time making this mod. The conflict is probably only extremely immersion-breaking, nothing else.
Notes
- Designed for mid-range pcs, may be heavy on lower-end machines.
- Please give feedback on whether the place is too dark. Looks fine for me. I use NUT ENB II. I won't be making changes to interior light colour, I like it this way.
