Places the Pip-Boy 2000 Mk VI in the Museum of Technology instead of at the Wrecked Highwayman. Fairly Simple.
If you'd rather have it somewhere else, there's always TTW - Capital Wasteland Location for Pip-Boy 2000 Mk V by Bunslinger. This is a mod I made for myself, but decided to upload cause, honestly, posing skeletons is a nightmare.
Mod requires Pip-Boy 2000 Mk V regular version to work.
