    Is there a way to tone down the brightness and remove the blur from the ant vision version?

      I can do it for you, but it will take a plugin. Alternatively, you can check out the vampire mod in the description; in its optional files is a standalone pipboy nightvision that does the trick. Looks similar to the ant vision.
