Description
Fixes some interesting VATS code that resulted in a 2 second delay before hit percentages were shown, regardless of menu load time.
Installation
Use Mod Organizer 2/Nexus Mod Manager/FOMM, or manually extract the .zip file into your Fallout New Vegas 'Data' folder.
