OVERVIEW
- Adds a vignette effect to the screen while the player is sneaking.
- Optionally adjust vignette intensity based on detection state. (Hidden, Caution, Detected, Danger)
- Vignette will smoothly transition between different states.
- Configurable via the included SneakVignette.ini file.

INSTALLATION
- Installs like any other mod, manually or using a mod manager.
- Adds a vignette effect to the screen while the player is sneaking.
