You can implement any GameSettings you want by adding it into an INI file in the directory: NVSE\Plugins\Tweaks\GameSettings. You can have each tweak in a different INI, or as many INI files as you want. The names of the INI files don't matter. Just put the GameSetting there and it will be loaded after all other .ESPs with Tweaks installed. Here is another mod which works on a similar premise.
