The color swaps on these outfits stand out more than your other textures. Female Wasteland Settler's dark portions are a much higher contrast between the other parts than vanilla which looks a little off to me. Brahmin Skin male 's lost some of the multicolored-ness of the pants.
Also, looks like you applied the woven/cloth texture to the female suspenders on Brahmin Skin outfit which looks off. From your earlier comment this was intentional. Still looks a bit off and too similar to the shirt below it.
everything this guy makes is a certified banger. dude makes the games look better without all the VRAM resource hogging like so many other texture packs and retextures
As esumrane said, New Vegas reuses most of the clothing from Fallout 3. If there are any exclusive Fallout 3 clothes that do not exist in FNV I will eventually remake them for F3 and TTW.
That was intended. I wanted the female outfit to have fabric suspenders with checkboard pattern and the male version to have leather suspenders. A little diversity.
