Is it possible to re-add the edited item weights as if using JSUE's "bExpandedWeightEdits" variable? I always found it quite logical and nicely consistent with Hardcore mode's other changes.

You need a new save. The .esp changes the WithAmmoNVVarmintRifleLoot record to be .22LR. If you have another mod changing this record or changing the leveled lists npc's used then thats why.
Is there anyway to also restore the original JSawyer/SawyerBatty values as well? I forget if they are super similar to JSUE or not, but I mainly wonder if the level cap of 35 could be restored without breaking compatibility with other mods.
