Adds compatibility for B42 Optics for better sniping. This is what you see in the showcase video.

Adds compatibility for NVTS for better sniping. Slight clipping issues, not much I can do there.

Patches the animations to work with the "MW2RWP Cheytac M200 Intervention" mod by Chinpoko.

Note that the other optional files for B42 Optics and NVTS don't work with this.
