I will never play fallout 4 again. I have stuck around 900 hours in that game on PS4 but also lost around approximately 150 hrs. due to freezes and crashing. I really got into the settlement building in that game and at a certain point I had to just grin and bear it because I was past the point of no return. ..I was always hoping that besthesda&$ony were going to patch it so nobody would crash and burn on a daily basis once your save file got so big. I get pissed just thinking about even to this day!
I've played Fallout 4 for five minutes and immediately felt pissed off I can't get refunded by Steam. Fallout: London is the only reason I'll ever install that pile of Bethesda trash again, and it's been delayed so they can finalize everything and iron out all the kinks/bugs.
in case a random fiend shoots it or something in a firefight. Or maybe a stray laser from a Protectron or Mr. Handy. Would be pretty cool. But have it rely on your intelligence, science and repair skills all.
This is without a doubt one of the best mods probably ever created. For the community, I am going to provide some suggestions and desires that I'm sure are bound to come up:
I understand that you said you "can't be bothered with modding base FNV anymore." I very much understand this, and I certainly understand that it would be bending over backwards for the sake of everyone else. With that said, I believe I am speaking on behalf of thousands and thousands of people what I say *if* you decide to put in the tremendous extra mile of uploading a second version for NV specifically, then it would go HIGHLY appreciated by the community. You are probably the best person to undertake this if you were to change your mind, as you obviously understand how this mod functions inside and out. I don't want you to feel as if your current work is unappreciated; it is certainly extremely appreciated. Thank you very much for what you've done thus far. Your attention to detail with the special effect, the terminal changing to a different model, and even the damage dealt by the explosion is superb.
Perhaps most importantly, I REALLY hope that over time all quest related terminals can be "scratched off" from being destroyed as to not break any vanilla quests. Having a quest become incompletable due to some required terminal being destroyed, and potentially without even the knowledge of such occurrence until many hours into a playthrough, would be dauntingly frustrating for users. I understand this is still a work in progress, but again, this is probably the most important adjustment that I can see being made.
Perhaps raise the health of the terminals. I read your previous comment that you agree 10 HP for the terminals might be too little. A very tiny stray bullet (or laser) can easily destroy them. Maybe we could try 15-30 to see how that feels. I understand this may be hard to balance between realism and practicality.
Cool idea, looks great too, but I imagine they can be destroyed by NPCs, like in a firefight? That could be an issue with quests, rewards, etc. like you said, but it is tempting to have as a feature nonetheless.

I very much look forward to your mod.I was considering bumping the damage up a bit, currently a stray bullet can wipe out a terminal, maybe 10hp was not enough.
