As far as vanilla overworld goes, this along with a calibrated config is pure next gen chefs-kiss. If you've arrived here inquiring about this, the answer is basically yes.
Atlas has nothing like a Conflict or require compatiblity. This Keywords are just for the Interior Overhaul to make a difference between Basement and House etc. So basically just more variation.
For some reason all the artificial light sources are turned off, like in Megaton at night for example. Only solution I've found was disabling the .esp, but that defeats the purpose of having Atlas installed so I'm looking for a better option if you have one.
The shaders are applied by NVR and this mod does nothing more than control NVR. Not sure how you are thinking that would work, since it makes exactly zero sense.
Use a proper weather mod. They all remove the yellow tint, and almost all NVR presets are built around Desert Natural Weathers or it's derivatives (NW or Realism).
Hi I just wanted to point out an issue I narrowed down to this mod, regardless of with/without weather mods my sky has orange colours in the corners of the sky, it might be the latest NVR builds im not sure.
it dosent need to be updated it is compatible with all version of NVR which contain the fix which mean it is compatible with past and future version out of box
