Don't change those. It's not for loading either. It's how many cells are stored in memory once you *leave* them + current loaded.
This one will never not be funny to me. This setting is for loading shader files outside of SDP packages, nothing to do with this old made up claim. (It also doesn't do anything since we don't have those files.)

Game is not designed to render in SDR so the "feel free" comment is stupid considering it will break lighting by (hehe) rendering most lights nonexistent. Also, it's High Dynamic Range, not High-Definition Rendering.

Decompressor no longer splits BSAs - Fallout - Meshes2.bsa does not exist anymore.
i went from a stutter and framedrops when i looked around, to a regular 55-60 fps. youll probably get even better results considering im running around 900 or so mods. if your game doesnt work after making the edits, remove the mipmap part, it wouldnt work unless i removed that line
He included the vnv config settings and their comments into his, so you can have both and be confused at the references to stuff in the guide that related to nothing in this config.
